From a young age, he learned that food was more than just a meal—it was a way to connect with his heritage and share love and culture. Inspired by the diverse flavors of his upbringing and his travels across Europe, Stefan dreamt of opening a place that brought together the best of both worlds.

After years of planning, culinary schooling and years in the food industry, Pressato was born.—
